I am Medhansh Bahadur, a junior at the Dubai American Academy. I am a worldly scholar who has lived in five countries and circumnavigated the globe twice. Each move has contributed, enriched, and shaped the person I have become today. I enjoy exploring new cuisines, following food influencers, and discovering unique dining experiences, especially in Dubai, a culinary capital of the world.​

Bringing it all together, I founded Waste to Taste, a sustainable waste management consultancy for restaurants in Dubai dedicated to reducing food waste. Through this, I channel my personal experiences into a powerful idea centered around community impact and sustainability.
